Zoning Board Meeting Tonight!

The Board of Zoning Appeals meeting about St. Joe’s reuse as a brewery is tonight beginning at 5:30 pm City Hall, Common Council Chambers, 2nd Floor.  Everyone is welcome to come and speak!

Neighborhood Association Meeting

There will be a neighborhood association meeting tomorrow night (December 4th) at 7:00 p.m. at the Ten Broeck Mansion.  Issues surrounding the recent application by Ravens Head Brewing will be discussed. Membership fee is $25 to join the association.

Brewery Application

Click here to view Ravens Head Brewing’s application to the zoning board. The application will be addressed at the neighborhood association meeting on December 4th.  The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the application on December 12th.
