On the far north end of North Swan Street stands the King’s Way Building.  A prominent structure with a decorative archway stretching across two row houses.  This historic structure is currently under renovations thanks to the Albany Housing Authority and the Albany County Historical Association.

The Housing Authority will own and rehabilitate the building and grounds, and leave the property to the Historical Association for use as a gift shop, gallery, office,  and storage space, as well as a caretaker’s unit.  The property will be connected to the Ten Broeck Mansion grounds by a footpath.
