A lot of neighbors turned out last night and among actual triangle residents the feeling was that this is a bad idea. A few residents felt it would help the neighborhood but the overwhelming majority were not happy.
We will have to wait a few months to see what the zoning board decides. Whatever the decision is it is my hope that the neighborhood finds a way to make the Church a success. Whether the variance is granted or not neighbors need to work with the Church’s owner to make it an asset not a liability for the neighborhood.
